Returns & Warranty

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened devices may be eligible for warranty replacement if a manufacturing defect is verified. The limited warranty does not cover lost recovery phrases, user error, phishing, unauthorized transactions, physical damage, or modified firmware.
