Initialize the device offline, create a new recovery phrase, verify each word, and confirm addresses on the device screen.

Reset the device and restore with your recovery phrase. Appvexo cannot recover lost recovery phrases.

Devices include a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. See returns and warranty terms.
